By accessing or using AEPS and other financial services provided by sahajdeeppay, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility
  • User must be 18 years of age or above
  • Valid KYC documents are mandatory
Scope of Services
  • AEPS Cash Withdrawal
  • Balance Inquiry
  • Mini Statement
  • Aadhaar Pay
  • Domestic Money Transfer (DMT)
  • Mobile Recharge, Bill Payments & Micro ATM Services
User Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and valid information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Report unauthorized transactions immediately
  • Not misuse AEPS or any financial service
Limitation of Liability
  • Bank server downtime or failures
  • NPCI or UIDAI technical issues
  • Cash unavailability at service points
  • User negligence or incorrect data provided
  • Biometric mismatch or authentication failure
AEPS Transaction Guidelines
  • AEPS transactions depend on NPCI and bank systems
  • Biometric mismatch may result in transaction failure
  • Successful AEPS transactions are irreversible
  • Failed or pending transactions are resolved as per bank/NPCI rules
Suspension / Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • User violates terms or policies
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

Refund Policy

Our refund policy ensures transparency for AEPS and financial services.

AEPS Transactions

AEPS transactions are non-refundable once successfully completed.

If the amount is deducted but the transaction fails due to bank or technical issues:

  • Refund is processed automatically by the bank
  • Refund timeline: 7–10 working days
  • Manual refunds are not possible
Wallet Recharge Refund
  • Refund allowed only if recharge was added by mistake
  • User must submit valid proof
  • Service must not have been used

Refund processing time: 3–5 business days after verification.

Service Charges

Processing fees, convenience fees, or service charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Dispute Resolution
  • Contact customer support immediately
  • Provide transaction ID and supporting proof
  • Resolution will follow NPCI, bank, and RBI guidelines
